My school placement as a Speech-Language Pathologist (in training) is great.
This week:
One 4th-grade boy: "I like your haircut, Ms. Young!"
(I didn't get a haircut...but I did have my bangs pulled back that day, and I always have them down. I was curious to see how he would describe what he noticed, so I played along...)
Me: "What's different about it?"
Him: "Well, you sure look like a superstar!"
I love my job.
