Behold, my new lovely reading chair. It swivels and rocks just a tid bit. It's very comfy, and such a pretty color, and such a pretty price (fifteen bucks). Don't you think?

Also, my sweet husband had no idea what I meant by "granny chair" when I proclaimed my news to him regarding this surprise. The category of "granny chair" is commonplace, no?

(on the 65th day of what shall henceforth be known as Mary's Post-School Life, i sat on the couch and did something every good soul should do now and again. that is to say, i watched an eddie murphy movie.

daddy daycare was on tv and by golly, i watched the whole darn thing. i laughed, i cried, it was better than cats. when they first start their daycare, they ask the kids what they'd like to do, to get more out of their days, (as opposed to general running a muck and eating goodies).

the wisest of all the children spoke up, which, if you are really thinking, is big-time wise, because out of the mouth of babes come true gems (at least this twitter feed thinks so).

anyhow, what she says is, "we need more learning about things".

i can't explain it, maybe it was inspiration, but it sparked something within me. i had since grown mildly bored with my life of ease and frivolity.

and thus, i went to the library.)

Also, check out our last minute Halloween costumes that we rocked to the ward party. We may or may not have inhaled large amounts of spray paint in the making of these beauties.

Inspired by Jonny's favorite lunchtime 'wich. We had a handful of trick-or-treaters and it was so fun! Minus Colby's almost-heart-attack because of the constant anticipation and sporadic door knocking.
