Jonny and I are on the activities committee in our ward, which means we got to help with a fun Carnival last night! We had face painting, bobbing for apples, games, contests, cookie-decorating and a whole lot of candy.Although Jonny wasn't too keen on dressing up at first, he decided to do it for me, since I had spent a lot of time making our costumes from sheets and yarn...but once he put his costume on, he was right in character! He loved grunting all night and smacking me with his plastic bone:
All in all it was a pretty successful party! We even won the costume contest for these silly things...AND Jonny won a Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest! (Now he is sick...but it was worth it.)
Then we went with our friends to the BYU spook alley! It was a long wait and a short fright, but still fun! After delicious shakes at Sammy's (as if we didn't have enough sugar in our bodies already), it was home to sleep in our cave.
